Our Founder

Our founder Justine Youl is a dynamic leader with a knack for unconventional thinking and a relentless drive to challenge the status quo. With extensive hands-on experience, she excels at identifying and implementing operational efficiencies that transform businesses.

Her vision for smarter, more effective solutions led to an unexpected pivot into tech, where she began developing tools and apps incorporating AI technology. Recognising the direction in which the world is moving, she developed solutions that tackle complex safety and compliance challenges while also establishing new standards for innovation.

Equally passionate about fostering opportunities and promoting women in the workplace, Justine champions equality and growth across industries. Her determination to challenge limitations and create impactful change led her to develop a solution when existing tools fell short, and that’s how SiteSherpa was born.
